Please read these terms carefully before using Fireglow.
Agreement Overview
By accessing or using Fireglow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Fireglow is a web-based graphical user interface for managing Google Cloud Firestore databases, allowing you to browse collections, edit documents, and run queries through your Google account.
1.Account Registration
To use Fireglow, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
2.Google OAuth Authorization
By using Fireglow, you authorize us to access your Google Cloud Platform projects and Firestore databases on your behalf using OAuth 2.0. You can revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account security settings.
3.Acceptable Use
You agree to use Fireglow responsibly. You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
- Access data you don't have permission to access
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
4.Your Data
You retain all rights to your Firestore data. Fireglow does not store your Firestore documents—all operations are performed directly against your database. You are solely responsible for:
- The content and accuracy of your data
- Maintaining appropriate backups
- Compliance with applicable data protection laws
5.Subscription & Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as they become due
- Provide accurate and current billing information
- Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Contact our support team to request a refund.
6.Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
7.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fireglow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fireglow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9.Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications.
10.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11.Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
